Please review the information below regarding product warranties.
Paddle Warranties
- All new paddles come with a manufacturer warranty against defects:

- Engage: Lifetime; 5-year "no dead spot" guarantee
- Gamma: 1 Year
- Gearbox: 1 Year
- Head: 1 Year
- Onix: 1 Year
- Paddletek: Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects
- Pickleball-X: 90 Days
- ProKennex: 1 Year
- Pro-Lite: Limited Lifetime
- Selkirk: Limited Lifetime
- Wilson: 6 Months
- Defective replacements are at the discretion of the manufacturer.
- Pickleball Warehouse may replace the paddle immediately if we believe it meets the manufacturer's definition of "defective".
- Paddles sent to the manufacturer for evaluation are subject to a 6 week turn-around time.
- Not covered under manufacturer warranty policies: fading of the graphics, damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, user modification, or the natural breakdown from extended use.
- If the paddle does not meet the manufacturer's warranty policy, it will be returned to you along with an explanation.
- If the paddle model is no longer available, you will be contacted to choose an alternate paddle model.

Outsole Durability Guarantee
- Product description must state shoe has an outsole durability guarantee.
- Return qualifying shoes to Pickleball Warehouse for replacement (except adidas, whose warranty information you will find below).
- Sole warranties are a one-time replacement.
- In the event the purchased shoe is no longer available, a shoe of equal or greater value within the same brand will be substituted. (These shoes will not come with an outsole warranty.)
- Warranty only covers the rubber outsole of the shoe. Damage to the toe-guard, or upper of the shoe does not qualify for the warranty replacement.
- Shoe must be completely worn past the outsole and into the midsole or insole of the shoe.
- Warranty is void if the shoe is abused or mishandled.
adidas Sole Warranty Procedure:
This adidas Outsole Guarantee covers eligible Barricade tennis shoes if the outsole wears out within six months of the date of purchase. adidas reserves the right to determine whether the outsole is worn out. Once the shoe is returned and inspected by adidas, the customer will receive a gift card that can be used on adidas US website or in any adidas-branded store or outlet. Team purchases, Barricade Team, Barricade Court and Kids Barricade shoes are not eligible for this replacement guarantee.

Unfortunately, shoes not accompanied by the original receipt are not eligible for replacement. We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments, please retain your return tracking # for your reference. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Barricades will be shipped via UPS Ground service.
