Extra Cush foam in the midsole feels pillowy soft, while the mesh upper delivers a nice breathable and flexible feel. Rubber has been added to the medial side of the toe box and tip of the toe, to protect the mesh from foot-drag. Babolat's tried and true Michelin rubber is formed into a two piece outsole, with a TPU shank plate in between to help with stability. The herringbone tread has been beefed up in high wear zones for added durability, and the Michelin rubber delivers great traction on a variety of court surfaces.
