Babolat Syntec Team Replacement GripGood Replacement Grip, more tacky than the standard Syntec Pro, reduce grip size by 1/16" in circumference.
Good for reducing half a sizeIt will do what it advertises and reduce the grip by half a size down. Good if you're right at the racquet's grip size but you use an overgrip and it makes the grip slightly bigger than what you want. Or if you're switching from one manufacturer to another and the same grip size is actually slightly bigger (looking at you Babolat). It's very similar to Babolat Syntec Pro which is the default grip of many Babolat racquets so it's a safe choice from that perspective.

Reduces 1/2For what it is, it's good. It's not a full grip size down, but with a thin overgrip, you'll find what you're looking for. Good luck, babe.

Best GripBest grip, very tacky and if you’re like me where your grip size falls in between sizes then this is a great choice to compensate

Best Thin Grip Out ThereSo I've always used Babolat replacement grips throughout my career. They just always seemed to play better than anyone else's. On my last racquet change I decided to go down one grip size, but I am really between a 3 and a 4. Nobody makes a 3.5 so this was my solution. If you wrap it tight you go down a half size. I am one who likes to feel bevel definition so this is perfect for me. The only criticism I have is price. They're on the costly side and they need to be changed out often if you play in hot humid weather conditions. That said, it's the only grip I will be using for the foreseeable future.

Perfect Way to Size DownThe stock grip from most of the brand are a little thicker than I like. Especially since I play with overgrips. This product is perfect to size down about 1/2 of a grip size. So my grip lands in between a 4 1/4 and 4 3/8. Only downside is it’s about four grams lighter than stock grip.

Super gripReally augmented the feel of my racquet incredibly! Just had to apply it upside down because the Babolat logo is pretty big and slick.
As good as advertized by TWThis permanent grip is exactly what I've read at Tennis Warehouse website. It's easy to put on and reduced my racquet grip size by 1/2 (between size 3 and 4 for my racquet).
Next Level Performance but OverpricedUnparalleled grip but not cost effective for those of you training in humid climates as you will need to replace it more often. My recommendation is to keep a rosin bag with you at all times as this can extend the life of the Babolat replacements and you can consume fewer of them over a longer time period.
Babolat syntec team gripGood quality grip. Easy to apply. Performed as advertised - reduced grip size from 4 3/8 to 4 1/4.
Thin Grip ComparisonI wanted to use an overgrip without increasing my racquet's grip size, so I purchased three different thin grips, the Prince ResiThin, the Wilson FeatherThin, and the Babolat Syntec Team FEEL.
The Prince was the lightest weight (about 13grams) It was also the thickest according to my calipers, but about the same thickness as the Wilson. But all three are very noticeably thinner than a standard replacement grip.
The Babolat is definitely the thinnest, I could clearly see and feel the bevels before I put an overgrip on top of it. The Babolat and an overgrip measures close to the same thickness as my previous Head Hydrosorb Comfort grip.
The Wilson weighed about 17-18 grams, and just slightly thinner than the Prince. I’d consider it the middle of the road option. I liked the tackiness of this grip the most, but it wasn’t a big factor for me since I was overgripping them.
So make your selection based on your thin-grip goals. Bevel feel, weight, thickness, or tackiness.
Great gripEffectively reduced the Yonex VCore 2021 stock grip by half a size.
Previous Feedback
Comments: I've always been a big believer in the Babolat grip line. They've always seemed to be superior to any other brand. For the last six years I've been a loyal user of the Babolat Skin Feel grip. Easily the best grip I've ever used and an innovative breakthrough for those who don't like overgrips, but need the comfort and performance of a synthetic material. The closest thing to an overgrip while maintaining bevel definition as well as grip size and cushioning. Needless to say, when Babolat decided to strangely discontinue this popular item, I needed to find a substitute fast. You can still find supplies of Skin Feel grips out there with other distributors, but they have elected to price gouge for this item owing to the limited supply. On principle, I would never opt to purchase from any outlet that jacked up the price of a discontinued item. Not having found a decent replacement with any other brand, I ultimately playtested the new Babolat Syntec Team replacement grip. Even thinner and lighter than the Skin Feel, I was doubtful that the flatness and reduced cushioning compared to the Skin Feel could match the performance and comfort of the Skin Feel grip. This grip is less tacky and less edge tapered than the Skin Feel. So the wrap won't be quite as grooved as the other tapered grips if that's important to you. Other than that I was pleasantly surprised on the comfort and performance of this grip and plan to use it going forward. You will notice the lack of cushioning, but will adapt to this quite quickly and was not an issue for me. The lighter weight pushed the frame balance slightly in the head heavy direction. Something that was also adjusted for quite quickly although the launch angle and depth of shot did increase. The further reduction in grip size due to the thinness, also allowed for more wrist travel which increased the ball rotation and provided deeper shot placement while maintaining the same or better level of control. I cannot report on durability yet as I have not used it in hot and humid conditions. All in all I am very happy with this replacement for the discontinued Skin Feel grip. The best description I can use for the Syntec Team is imagine a light classic leather grip over gripped tightly with a quality synthetic wrap.

Comments: This grip feels dry and less tacky right out of the package than other Babolat Synthetics. I've playtested it now in hot and very humid conditions. It is more impervious to slippage and maintains friction better than its predecessor, the Babolat Skin Feel. So far, a great product. Highly recommended if you need a thin grip with high bevel definition.
