An awesome blend of comfort, stability and durability!

With a plush underfoot feel and support, the Diadora Speed Blushield Torneo 2 can help you take your footwork to the next level. Formerly the Speed Blushield 5, they will still offer the same great features meaning they are soft and supportive and the BluShield cushioning keeps your feet comfortable and absorbs court shock. The durable outsole is made from Duratech 5000, a weatherproof compound, and will hold up to aggressive use on any court surface.
  • Upper: Synthetic materials including air mesh, Suprelltech and D-skin for lightweight comfort, support, stability and breathability; heel collar locks feet comfortably into the shoe
  • Midsole: BluShield provides cushioning and absorb shock; medial stabilizer helps resist twisting when moving laterally
  • Outsole: Duratech 5000 rubber outsole in a modified herringbone tread provides good traction and durability on any court surface.
  • Color: White / Astral / Lime

I really wanted to love these shoesI have issues with tendonitis and plantar fasciitis, so I did a lot of research on the best shoes for those issues. I found a video recommendation by a foot doctor, so I ordered the Diadora Speed Blushield Torneo 2. I love the look of them and wanted to love them, but they did not work for me. When I tried them on and walked around, I felt my heels slipping out. I even tied the runner’s knot, but the shoes did not have a snug fit, so unfortunately I had to return them.

Don't Rate a Shoe Poorly BC Ord'd Wrong SizeDiadora does mention that these can run small in length. They are worth a try. I play a lot of tennis between 3.5 and 4.5. I've worn these shoes on clay and asphalt courts for over a year and love their wear, comfort and stability. (Good for high arch and pronators.) They are not stiff nor too heavy. My feet are not tired or sore afterwards. I ordered a couple pairs to be sure of size and and ended up keeping half a size up.

Shoe lengthNot true to size. Too short. I ordered size 8.5 woman's and it did not fit.
