Dunlop ATP Championship XD - Best BallsThese are the most consistent balls I've found. I'm old and found modern balls are quite different from pre-2000 balls. The cover wore off on pre-2000 balls, but the bounce lasted, causing them to fly. The cover lasts much better on modern balls. The bounce changes differently, starting out heavy for a short period of time, then stabilizing before slowly dying. My problem with current balls is that often when you drop them from head-height, they don't bounce straight, sometimes badly off to the side. This shows in play and sometimes dies down.
Good ballsThese are the best balls and can withstand many hours of playing in an extended session.
The Penn balls are terrible and don’t bounce.
Wilson balls are a little heavy / too bouncy.
These balls are the sweet spot.
I recommend using these balls within 5 months of purchase as, after that, performance begins to be a bit impacted. That’s why I get the 12 pack instead of the 24 pack.
Good productExactly what I wanted, but very disappointed that shipping took a week to get here. I used to order and it took 2 days.
Dunlop ATP BallsGreat, long lasting tennis balls. I use them for doubles matches then into the hopper for lessons. They seem to last longer than the Penns.
BallsMost durable and best -performing.
Quality of the ballMy right and left hand, elbows are hurting after playing with this ball. I will be returning the package.
K-swiss man shoes and Dunlop tennis ballsBoth of them are very good.
Disappointed - Ridges and misaligned seamsFor decades I preferred Dunlop (e.g. ATP extra duty), but not anymore due apparent manufacturing flaws that I had never encountered before.
About half have misaligned seams. All have a variable height, ring shaped ridge (protruding felt) where the ball core halves were connected. Hit balls appear to move differently depending on how the ridge is rotating. Maybe ok for players that only hit flat shots or prefer a product that looks more like the planet Saturn than a sphere.
Using these balls in a ProtonThese Xtra Duty balls hold up just fine for my Proton ball machine. I rotate the balls out every 3 months with new cans and I have no complaints. I am playing outdoors and they don't fluff up or harden into bricks like other brands. These are so so so much better than the Grand Prix Dunlops which fluff up, shed all over, and harden. I recommend these for ball machines. I also used them in a Slinger with no issue.
Extremely disappointedI play with Dunlop ATP and Yonex balls mostly. Unfortunately neither had a 12 canister box option and I decided to give the Championship ones a try given the great reviews.
Night and day difference between the ATP ones and these. Absolute garbage, from the misaligned seams to the poor quality felt and the terribly heavy feel. I now have 11 canisters for the trash. I cannot believe Dunlop actually shipped these out to retailers. How did they pass any sort of quality control?!

Love these ballsWe play twice a week and other brands like Penn or coach last for two weeks at the most. Played with these for three weeks now and they are still good. Definitely recommend these.

Best tennis ballsAfter trying many brands of tennis balls, these are absolutely the best ones for the price! The bounce is lively-- I feel like I don't have to swing as hard to get amazing pace. Also, these last at least 2 1.5-hour sessions. NOTE: Since these balls may be harder to find at your local sports store, I found if you order from Tennis Warehouse, you'll get the freshest balls. Plus, Tennis Warehouse has the cheapest price for these.

The Best Tennis Balls I’ve FoundThese are the best tennis balls I’ve found. While Wilson quality is a disaster with flat cans and balls; Penn balls being stable and reliable; Dunlop stands out for far superior balls. I might use a can of Penn balls for as much as two matches, but I can use Dunlops for as much as three to five matches. They stay well-pressurized for that long. My tennis club uses them for lessons and drills, replacing them every three months. I play at a men’s 4.0 level and I’m in several leagues. I’m very finicky about tennis balls and have found great success with the Dunlop - I play the ATP Championship Extra Duty balls. I recently had a singles match against a very good player, who always opens new balls (as I used to). I suggested we might play with my Dunlops that were opened and played the previous weekend. He reluctantly said “Let’s try them for warm-up.” After hitting four balls, he said “These play like brand new. Let’s use them for the match.” After the match, he took careful note of which balls they were. Another believer!

Good ProductThis is a very good ball, for the price. Little inconsistency here and there, but it is a tennis ball after all.

Pretty banged upSome of the cans were pretty banged up. The seal on two cans were broken and the lid was fully off of one of those.

Not sure why anyone buys other brandsThese Dunlop balls last longer on hard courts in my experience. They also don't have the stubs on the seam where they were attached to the ball-making machinery.
