cool productI only bought it to get free shipping and it was a nice surprise. Works very well but like most things is not magic, so if your expectations are not that you will love it.

Sound Issues at your Courts? Try a Gamma BallIn comparing an outdoor plastic pickleball to the Gamma Librarian Foam ball using a quality paddle, it was discovered that the decibel sound (volume) was about 50% quieter when using the Gamma ball. The intensity of the sound when using the Gamma ball was more like the sound of a tennis ball. (More of a thud and lower pitch) The pitch of both balls was the same note on the piano. (One octave above middle C, for you musicians) I also tested both balls using the OWL Quiet paddle and the outdoor ball's volume was reduced about 50%. When using the Gamma Librarian ball and playing outside, it was difficult to hear any sound! When dropped from the same height, they bounced exactly the same height. There are 2 possible negatives with the Gamma ball. The Gamma Librarian is slightly lighter in weight and the wind can move the ball after it is struck. Overall, I would give the OLW Paddle and the Gamma Librarian ball a try.
