Experienced players looking for surgical control and outstanding feel should love this update
Endorsed by Novak Djokovic, the Head Speed Pro has earned its reputation as one of the game’s most versatile player’s racquets. As with previous generations, this 2022 update combines the precision of an 18x20 string pattern with a near perfect balance of speed and stability. The upshot is a racquet that not only plows through the ball effectively but also moves fast when the pressure is on. In addition to delivering the connected feel that advanced players crave, the Speed Pro packs more than enough spin-potential to bring the ball down effectively. Technologies include a uniquely flexible Auxetic construction in the yoke, which is designed to calibrate ball feedback to stroke speed and impact location. As with the previous generation, this update has Graphene 360+, giving it polarized weighting for easier power along with SpiralFibers for better ball feedback. Ultimately, the Speed Pro 2022 is one of the most impressive updates we've seen in a while. Experienced players looking for extremely precise targeting and exceptional feel should love this one.

Best Speed Pro EverI have 2020, 2022, 2024. They all play well but something about the hitting experience, the sound of the ball coming off the string bed, a plush feel impact and just a solid all around tennis racquet. You'll be happy with the racquet
Best Head ProI have both the 2022 and the 2024. They do play a little different, the 2022 does have that different launch angle and the fact of you can get more topspin with this model versus the updated one ( 2024 ) and the 326 versus 333 swing weight is for sure noticeable and with feel. I guess you can’t go wrong with either one of the Speed Pros but I think the 2022 model plays amazing! The 2024 is more muted and more dead but obviously plays well also. 5 Stars for the 2022 Head Speed Pro better buy before they are all gone!!! Thx TW
Best 18 x 20 racquetI’m currently playing the Head Speed MP which I like so much for its comfort and playability. I decided to try the Head Speed Pro because it was on sale and strung it up with Lynx Tour 17 on the mains at 50 pounds and Head Velocity MLT 17 gauge at 52 pounds in the crosses. This racquet gives me a little more control in every type of shot compared to my Speed MP. Topspin is easy to generate if you want and the backhand slice is the best. Volleys and serve are smooth and precise. First time I played an 18x20 and it’s a pleasant surprise. My MP is strung with Volkl Cyclone 16 mains at 52 pounds and Head Velocity MLT 16 at 54 pounds on the crosses.
ExcellentGood product and the services are very good.
A problem with gripThe racquet is very good. However the grip slipped away on the second day and I had to replace it since the glue on the grip was nearly dry.
Head Speed ProI'm a 4.0 player and love the Speed Pro. Good pop and feel. I strung it with Head Hawk Power strings and the combination is very lively without sacrificing feel.
Head Speed Pro RacquetLove it.
Head Speed ProLove the racquet, great control and power. Tennis Warehouse is easy to deal with and provided me with advice concerning strings.
Experienced senior playerThis frame provides excellent control and feel with adequate power. Nice touch on volleys, comfortable on the serve.
A good frameI've been wanting to give a lighter frame a go, away from the heavier Head bats I'm used to. So I went with this Speed Pro and to date have no regrets. Groundies are solid and crisp, the 18x20 pattern gives me the control I like and the lighter weight seems to work fine. Should be a positive direction, and I definitely recommend.
