Nike has kept what you loved about the previous Vapor Pro and added an Air Zoom unit in the forefoot for added comfort. This PRM edition comes with a charm attached to the laces!

Building off the success of the first version, this Nike Vapor Pro 2 PRM carries on the speedy feel, breathability, and even more comfort! Now featuring an Air Zoom unit in the forefoot for more cushioning underfoot, and a springy, explosive feel. The upper feels nice and contoured, due to the stretchy internal sleeve, while the outer shell is well ventilated and supportive. A data informed outsole design provides plenty of traction, without hindering athletic movers from sliding on the hard courts. **This PRM edition comes with a charm attached to the laces, that will keep you shining like a star on the court!

  • Upper: Stretchy internal sleeve and mesh for 2 layers of support; breathable. Asymmetrical lacing hugs feet during lateral movements.
  • Midsole: Air Zoom unit in forefoot and soft foam midsole for responsive cushioning and a low to the ground feel. Full-length foot frame on lateral side adds stability.
  • Outsole: A data informed herringbone tread pattern for a good balance of grip and give. Rubber has been removed from low wear areas, to reduce weight.
  • Color: Phantom / Grey (comes with a charm attached to the laces)

The Best Shoe at This Price! The shoe at the first wear automatically helps footwork with its flat outsole. The foam paired with the Zoom Air make the shoe extra comfortable and versatile. This shoe is lighter than expected making the experience even easier. Would recommend when on sale and cheaper than the newer Vapor Pro 3.

DO NOT BUY THEMI’ve had a really disappointing experience with these tennis shoes. They’re extremely stiff and hard to break in, which has affected my movement on and off the court. I’ve lost count of how many times I nearly tripped because of how rigid and unsteady they feel. Unfortunately, I did end up falling once, which resulted in a strained ankle. For anyone considering these shoes—do not buy them. There are far better and safer options out there.

A dollar a dayI’ve had at least four pair of Nike Vapor Pro 2. This was my first pair in black. These are (or maybe were) the best Nike tennis / pickleball shoes available for the past few years. These fit is nice and snug for someone like me with thin feet. The uppers have always been durable. My only issue comes with the bottom sole. I only get about 3 to 4 months of use out of these playing an average of maybe 10 hrs per week, playing mostly moderately hard and quick plus I have a light build. Anyway, for the price (typically $90 - 120), I would expect longer durability for the sole. But, I guess you could look at it like it costs me a dollar a day to own these. Also, for some reason I feel like the l black ones make my socks smell whereas the white ones didn’t. Anyone else notice that, or is it just me?

Great clay court shoeBefore buying this shoe, I had never used a Nike tennis shoe before, but after trying this pair out, I know I will continue to buy them. The shoe is very comfortable, the break-in period is very quick and it offers great traction on the clay thanks to its outsole. The shoe has great breathability, I have not felt excessively hot while using them. Overall, they are very good and I would definitely recommend them.

Solid Clay Court ShoeThe Vapor Pro 2 gives really good traction on clay, however they fit a LOT bigger than other Nike shoes. I'm usually an 8.5 and my Vapors in 8 still feel a bit big

Go-to shoeI always come back to this shoe. Changed to asics gel res, which is really comfortable and stable, but for me they were heavy. This shoe has the comfort and weight to move properly around the court.

Very good shoeVery good shoe. Solid performer. Sizing slightly off. I’m always a 12.5 in Nike but this model is a hair too long. I switched it out for a 12.0 and it fits great.

Nike Vapor Pro 2I got them for pickleball. They are pretty decent and comfortable after a break-in. The top of the toe area hurts my toes at first but then softens up after a few plays. I play two times a week and it holds up good so far.

Comfortable, responsive and great for PF!I have more tennis shoes than I’d like to admit…. Mostly due to various injuries, primarily plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, etc. These shoes are wonderful. They do not cause any pain on court and let me play the aggressive style of tennis that I like and when I take them off, I’m not limping. Highly recommend these for hard court play. One word of warning- the “all court” version cannot be used on clay. The tread pattern is not suitable for play. You will need to get the hard court and the clay version.

My first clay-sole shoeDidn't think the clay specialized sole would make such a difference, but it sure did! Not to mention how comfy they are!

Buyer BewareLightest of Nike men's tennis shoe line which isn't a positive aspect. Pro Vapor is heavy and has extremely dense sole with superfluous material in heel adding unnecessary heft. Foot constantly slides inside of shoe causing toes to jam against forefront, and shoe cause ankle pain because of poor construction.

Supportive Tennis ShoeI needed some ankle support and cushioning, I am 60 now and my feet don't recover as quickly. I tried several shoes for tennis, Asics Gel Resolution & adidas Adizero Ubersonic are two. Nike Vapors were recommended for their cushioning & support, so I bought this pair. They have been great so far and they do have more cushioning than the Asics or Adidas. My feet are slightly wide and I found the Vapor Pro 2 to be narrow/snug in the width area. Otherwise I would given them 5/5.

Nothing like the first Vapor ProIf you liked the first Vapor Pro you may be disappointed in the Vapor Pro 2. It’s a completely different shoe and quite a disappointment. The toe box is higher which doesn’t allow a locked in feel and my toes end up hurting from being able to move inside the shoe too much and bumping in the front. ALSO the zoom unit they put in the forefoot can be felt under foot and not in a good way. Very odd and may be contributing to the toe problem. Nike can never leave good enough alone and now not one of their shoes works for me. After years and years of buying Nike I’m done. I will begin testing other brands.

A disappointment like few othersI was tremendously disappointed with these shoes. I had huge expectations for this tennis shoe as the reviews rated it as one of the best tennis shoes of 2023 for playing on clay. Its silhouette is too fragile, it has no support in the back that can protect the achilles heel or ankle. I definitely do not recommend this shoe.

Good CushioningThis shoe has very good cushioning and still provides me with very good movement on hard court. I am a 60 y.o. man and my feet get sore from the flatter tennis shoes with good movement (i.e. adidas adizero Ubersonic). They are a bit narrow when new and need break in time to fix that.

No proper size for meBought the same size as my previous Vapor Pros. However, this time they were way bigger. Therefore, I ordered one size smaller and now they are too small. It is still a quite comfortable shoe, upper durability seems quite good and sole as week. I played two matches and they show already slight wear-down on the outsole but I run a lot so I guess it is alright. The inside of the shoe (at least for my foot) is too hard and actually caused a little wound while playing a match. I do prefer the previous model but I wished I could wear them in a size that fits properly like the models before but this one unfortunately is sized weirdly.

These Kill My FeetNot sure what is going on with these. I have flat, narrow feet and have enjoyed many of Nike's other shoes over the years. However, these just kill my feet. I cannot wear them without pain. Back to the less durable but significantly more comfortable Diadoras.

Love it!The Vapor Pro2 is a great comfortable, stable, cool design and solid tennis shoe. Nike has hit a home run with this shoe at a reasonable price. I have been wearing Asics Gel Resolution 8 which is also a good tennis shoe but the Pro2 is much better in my opinion. I especially like how nimble and quick moving this shoe is compared to the Asics. I can also stop on a dime or slide easily. Don't hesitate to buy a pair before they are all sold out!!!!
