As with the standard Hyper-G, this round version is medium firm and offers impressive tension maintenance for a poly-based monofilament. According to Solinco, it is designed to increase court penetration, making it great for aggressive players who like driving the ball through the court. It also has a low-friction surface, which protects against frictional wear (think durability) and increases snapback for more vicious ball rotation.

Tried it in the crossesI like FireWire in my mains and Solinco Revolution in the crosses. I thought I would try this for better tension life. It gives almost a gut feel with good power, but a bit less heaviness and spin as Revolution. I am going to try regular Hyper G and see what that does but I recall from pervious experience HG is even more spin than Revolution.
