Solinco Hyper-Mach BD Hybrid String
5.0
This innovative poly/poly hybrid combines controllable power with great feel.
Introducing Hyper Mach-BD. Born of a collaboration between Solinco and Brain Dead, this hybrid combines the lively and spin-friendly Mach-10 with the slippery and control-oriented Hyper-G Round. Players looking for extra spin should install Hyper-G Round in the crosses. For those with flatter mechanics, we recommend putting Hyper-G round in the mains. Any way you slice it, this hybrid has you covered. It also comes in one of the coolest packages we've ever seen!
- Gauge: 17/1.20mm (both strings)
- Length: 22.3in/6.8m (both strings)
- Composition: Co-polyester Monofilament

Probably my new string combination of choiceAs strings go, there are always pros and cons. With this hybrid, I've used the Mach 10 as the main and the Hyper-G as the cross. Not crazy spin, not crazy power, but fine for both, and a really nice feeling with exceptional control.
First full Poly setupNormally I'm a multi-filament player, but I've started breaking strings in just a few weeks so this is my first excursion into a full poly setup. I was worried they'd go dead incredibly quickly, but they lasted what I feel like was a good amount of time before I really noticed any sharp drop off. Though really I've probably waiting far to long to replace still (going on nearly 3months now)

I strung as the HyperG Round cross and Mach-10 mains and the amount of spin I was getting from my control frame (Volkl VCell 10) was amazing. No doubt that is partly just because I'm used to play far less spin-friendly multis and I'm sure a really spin focused Poly would be even better in that regard. Power was really good as well with this setup. Less than multi's, but I never felt I was lacking any pace.
I also have a Dunlop SX300, their spin racquet, that is currently strung with Multis. In that setup it can be a bit too boomy so as soon as those break I'll be restringing with this same setup and am really looking forward to the added control and even more spin these can provide.

First time with these stringsI took the recommendation of TW on these and they're great. I will plan on continuing to use them when restringing and with future racquet purchases. I have them on a Head Speed MP 100.
Great StringsHas the power and control I was looking for
