This ultra spin friendly co-poly will give you the tools to hit a heavy ball

Meticulously engineered with the help of former ATP player Steve Johnson, O-Toro combines effortless spin with above-average comfort for the breed. Boasting six sharp edges, this co-poly puts an extremely tight grip on the ball. It also has a low-friction surface, enabling it to snap back powerfully to amplify ball rotation.  In addition to being ideal for experienced players who swing big and require a high level of control, our TW playtesters also found plenty of pocketing, comfort, and power at lower tensions. Any way you slice it, this spin-monster brings the ball down hard. Game on!

Note: Toroline sets come pre-cut in 2 half sets, which means they cannot be strung as 1pc.

Most suited for advancedAs a 3.5, tried this and just was not able to find the feel or the connection. Consistency was lacking and that's mainly on technique.

Best Soft PolyAfter searching and reading reviews of “softer” poly strings, I tried three that came recommended: Toroline O-Toro 17/1.23, Vokyl Cyclone Tour 17/1.25, and Yonex Polytour Air 16L/1.25. All were strung at 51.5 on Babolat Pure Drive 98 racquets. By far, the Toroline string was the most responsive, provided tons of spin, and was the most gentle on the arm/elbow. Anyone who has arm/elbow issues should test this string. (Note: the Volkl Cyclone Tour was a close second).

Best PolyOut of all the poly strings at this price point, O-Toro is the best. It’s soft, slick and the snapback is amazing. Tension: 52lbs.

Better than hyper gI was using hyper g in 17 before putting this in my Pure Aero, and while hyper g is still a great poly, I immediately noticed the how the ball was dropping in every time because of the crazy spin on this string. I am a big hitter, and compared to hyper g, I was getting 20 to 30 percent more balls in

Toroline OtoroI strung my Wilson Blade 100 v9 with this string and it is very good, the perfect mix of control and power. I strung my racquet at 55 pounds.

New Favorite StringThis is my new string. I really like them. I strung my racquet with this string at a tension of 53. They have relaxed some so I am glad I went up a little and did not start at 50 pounds. These strings have great snap back and offer excellent spin on the ball. The strings are also lively and offer controllable power. I have no complaints about this string. I have been playing with them for about 2 weeks now and they give me more confidence while playing.
