Tecnifibre Vibra Clip ATP Vibration Dampener

Overview
The vibration absorber that weighs just two grams. Clip attachment provides more secure fastening for every type of stringing pattern. Does not modify the weight and balance of a racquet. Aerodynamic design.

Very goodI bought these just to match some Tecnifibre racquets I bought. Surprised to feel they are actually better than other dampeners I've used.
Nice dampenerI like things with design, and this product has it, in addition to its good performance.

My favourite dampener so farPreviously I lost dozens of them and this is the first one I didn't lose in 4 months :) Got 2 more recently just in case.

Unobtrusive and fairly stableIt's small, which is nice. Doesn't pop off on mishits quite as easily as some other dampeners. You may not "feel" the dampening as much as larger dampeners with this one, but if you're dampening for sound, this is a really solid option.

Weird fitFor some reason it’s a little difficult to put in and looks slanted once “installed”. But works fine other than that.

Comments: Something odd I found with this dampener is that it's not designed to encase the bottom cross string. It just abuts it. I am new to Tecnifibre, and it seems all their dampeners are designed this way as I first purchased the TF logo triangle dampeners. While unusual, it doesn't seem to impact the performance. Just putting that out there for other newer Tecnifibre customers because I've never seen this before.

Comments: Waste of money. Three swings and it pops off.

Comments: For the person who is annoyed by the print being on one side. You can push the black part out and use some rubbing alcohol to remove the print. That solves the problem. Great dampener, it doesn't fall off or move around on the stringbed. Although because of the shape in my opinion it hard to make it look great on a racquet. I prefer the look of the Luxilon Legacy dampeners, they are by far the best looking dampeners.

Comments: Pricey but unobtrusive and effective, and it stays put. This thing works to the point that I'll buy a third one for my old Wilson Triad 6.0, despite the price. I used to use a thick rubber band (like they wrap broccoli with in the grocery), but the Tecnifibre dampener is way better and I don't have to worry about it staying in place, not like the usual rubber dampeners which frequently fly out on a hard topspin hit. I'm a 3.5 senior all court club player using a Head Instinct racquet strung with Head Hawk Touch 19 gauge strung at 58 lbs.

Comments: Don't buy this if your main strings are somewhat narrow. I put this on my Pure Drive and it doesn't fit right -- needs to allow for a narrower pattern.

Comments: The dampener is very secure and works great. My only complaint is that for this price I feel that Tecnifibre should be printed on both sides of the dampener. Yes it's only on one side. The other is blank. That's going to bother a few of you too.
