Back order make it a bad productThe grommet works as designed and it's fine. No issue with it. However, the almost 6 month back order is unacceptable. The fact there was no availability of this product for almost half a year reflects poorly on Wilson and their services. I am now looking for getting another racquet with more accessible and available accessories.
