We may never get to play on center court at a major, but that doesn't have to stop us from looking the part! This year the excitement on the court features styles by adidas with a Stan Smith inspired vibe (He took home the men's singles trophy in 1972). Lacoste is utilizing a subtle print reminiscent of the lines on a tennis court for their men's looks and jacquard knit detailing on the women's side. Yonex makes good use of breathable mesh accents for both men and women. Nike continues to offer cutouts for women and crisp classic looks for men. These are some of our favorite pro styles.
Whether or not your home court has a white dress code, it's hard not to get inspired by the cool, classic looks seen on the grass. Wimbledon is held every year at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London, so get out the wickets and set out a spread with strawberries and cream, tea sandwiches and scones, and a large bowl of Pimm's punch.
