Speedy, stable and perfect for hard court sliders; with updates inspired by Djokovic's movements

The Asics Court FF 3 was created for the most aggressive of movers and is for players who slide into their shots. Inspired by Novak Djokovic and his movement, this update features improved cushion and shock absorption by increasing the outsole's contact area creating a stable landing while reducing the load (meaning you can swing through aggressively as you are landing and execute the perfect zero-step shot). The upper is also more flexible and remains stable. This update also helps you push off the ground with more force allowing you to recover quick and continue to move fluidly.

  • Upper: Mesh and TPU upper provide support and stability with a tongue-less, sock-style design for sublime comfort and breathability. PGuard technology on the toe and medial side adds protection in key areas.
  • Midsole: FlyteFoam midsole offers ultra lightweight cushioning and support under foot; GEL technology absorbs harsh court shock. Midfoot Trusstic System technology adds rigidity and resists unwanted twisting for added stability.
  • Outsole: AHAR Plus rubber outsole in a modified herringbone tread pattern is built to perform on any court surface.
  • Color: Morganite / White

Did not work for meI've always been pleased with the FF3 (this is my third pair) BUT I had to return this one... this particular version did not work for me. I have very narrow feet with narrow heels. No matter how tight I pulled the laces, my heels lifted up enough that I didn't feel secure and supported. I did put the laces through the top, most outer eyelets but still had the same issue. Other than that, it's a great looking and well made shoe. I'm sure the shoe would be good for someone with a regular width heel.

Narrow Tennis ShoesIf you can get these shoes on; they're great. I have a very narrow foot and I had a really difficult time getting my foot into them. I use a shoehorn which solved the problem. Comfortable once they are on. I now have to carry a shoehorn in my tennis bag because if I ever have to take my shoes off during a game; I'm ready.

Perfect FitFinally…the perfect tennis shoe. I’ve tried them all and this style is a winner. Why? The tongue. It’s built into the shoe and provides a snug fit. My heel doesn’t slide. My toes are comfortable. And I can run, pivot, stop/start with confidence. At first, the shoe feels tight when getting into it. But once you do it a few times - it’s not a big deal. I own two pair and can’t wait for the next color. Thank you ASICS.

Tennis shoe reviewI have a narrow foot and these shoes were almost too narrow. At first I couldn't even get my foot to go into it. So I got my husband's metal shoe horn which very much helped. Once on, I am very pleased. However, I have put an extra shoe horn in my tennis bag just in case I ever have to take my shoe off while playing.

Cinderella ShoeFinally found the right shoe! The built in tongue works - holds your foot without being to snug, prevents your heel from sliding forward. Toe box is just right. These are keepers. Ordering another pair.

Hated the styleNot sure why they designed it with the snug entry point for your feet. It’s difficult to put on. The shoe would have been comfortable if it wasn’t so difficult to get on.

Solid and comfortable court tennis shoesI like the Court FF shoes as they are made with thicker and more solid stabilizing side soles. I play leagues games and I go through tennis shoes fast. However, the Court FF is so well made they last me at least 6 months (I play everyday). I have wide feet so getting into the shoes could be challenging but right away I feel the stability in the shoe and don’t have to worry about rolling my ankle.

Good shoes for narrow feet and higher archesThis shoe is pretty good for me since I have narrow feet and higher arches. Stability and grip is good and the shoe feels durable on the outside. It can sometimes feel like your heel is going to slip out of the shoe while walking, but when you’re moving on the court it’s totally fine.

SturdyI like buying from Tennis Warehouse because the shoes last a lot longer than if you purchase from a department store.

Asics Court FF3I bought the Asics Court FF3 to help with my plantar fasciitis. I saw Djokovic wearing the shoe (not this particular Asics shoe) and thought an Asics shoe might help me. The shoe grabs hold of your ankle/heel and gives it the support you need to pivot between shots. The sock also helps to stabilize your foot while keeping it comfortable.

Not for these wide feetGood looking shoe, but not a good fit for me. A struggle just to try on with their closed top design. I’m sure they are great for someone with a narrow foot.

Shoe not right for meThis shoe is fairly narrow and there is no "tongue" to open the shoe wider to insert your foot. It has a "sock liner" tongue. So if you have a wider foot, it is difficult to get the shoe on. It looks great. Is well made. Just not right for me, as it does not slip on very easily.

Attached tongueI love Asics. The tongue being attached makes it difficult and somewhat painful to get on. Once on, I can’t seam to be able to adjust them for comfort.

Solid shoesWas happy with the old FF2 but tried these FF3’s and was equally happy. They are a tad heavier than the prior model but also a tad wider in the forefoot which my baby toe appreciated. There is a good amount of material outside and inside so you get a locked in secure feeling, and responsiveness when moving. Still need a shoehorn to get them on but not a deal breaker. Comfortable after one hour of play.

Too narrow/stiff, bring back original FF'sI loved the first generation of the Asics Court FF (only came in unisex and yellow). Although quite different from the originals, I still liked and am on my fourth pair of the Asics Court FF2's. Both versions felt stable and supportive, yet comfortable and lightweight enough for game day with plenty of room in the toe box. They required no break-in. I'm returning the FF3's, unfortunately. They are very difficult to put on but I can deal with that. The problem is that they are too narrow and and tight through the mid and forefoot/toe box. Just sitting down with them on is too tight with a think custom orthotic, so I can't imagine running around on the court with them. Perhaps they might loosen a little after wearing on the court but I'm afraid I'll get painful toe jam and won't be able to return them after wearing them. Asics, please bring back the original FF's (the yellow ones) from several years back, and help reverse this trend of tighter and narrower tennis shoes. Even "wide" versions of many shoes these days are not much wider. FYI, I don't have super wide feet. I have bunions and wear custom and OTC insoles (because manufacturers' insoles are so thin with no arch support) so that adds to the need for a bit roomier shoe (or upsizing).

NO spring to this shoeI loved the FF Court 2, except the incredibly narrow toe box actually changed the shape of my foot as I wore them so often as I play so much tennis. Unfortunately this shoe has no spring; the ability to accelerate quickly. I feel like I can't get a quick start, I was incredibly slow in these shoes. I felt like I was wearing clown shoes. They do work for pickleball, as I don't sprint.

Didn’t work for meI have been using Asics for years but these ones got sent back. The edge of the shoe came up to high on my ankle bone. I returned them and went with Yonex (first time trying them) and I found them to be way more comfortable.

Comes up high on the ankleI bought these for my wife. She has always worn Asics. These shoes came high up on her ankle bone. They also don’t have a loose tongue. Which means you have to put in some effort just to put them on. I ended up buying different brands from Tennis Warehouse for her to try. Remember, everybody’s feet are different. Tennis Warehouse does an excellent job of describing the shoe’s fit at the bottom of the description. They also suggest whether a break in is required. I have found them to be spot on. So although these didn’t work for my wife, I’m not going to suggest not buying them.

Too NarrowI'm a big proponent of bootie-style shoes. My go-to shoe is no longer available with the bootie, so I gave this Asics a try. Way too narrow in the toe box for my medium foot. Snug to put on, like a bootie should be, but with no room in the toe box, I had to return this shoe. I have several friends who are very happy with this shoe.

Interesting conceptI have a narrow foot and these are hard to get on. Once on, I don't find the sock effect helps me with any foot support. It is a bit heavy and bulky for me. My feet tend to sweat more in these and I did get heal blisters breaking them in. I will wear these occasionally as a recreation or weight training shoe. But I will wear my lighter tennis shoes when in more competitive play.

Way too hard to put onThe tongue-less, sock-style design looks cool, but it made the shoes incredibly hard to get on. They were hard to get off as well. There is no tab on the back of the shoe to help out . Once they were on, they felt fine, but I don't want to work so hard before I even get on the court.

Awesome shoesAwesome shoes as far as cushioning, stability & fit. It’s a sock shoe so they stay put extremely well during direction changes. Just make sure you have a shoe horn handy to get them on.
