Zipper failureLoved this bag but noticed stitching coming out about a week ago as I began a pickleball vacation. Things got worse on the trip and it did not last the 10 days. The zipper plastic coil unraveled and zipper separated leaving the bag useless. Needed to safety pin it to hold together to complete my return flight. Lasted about six months. Excellent customer service taking bag back for at least a store credit.
Terrible durabilityI've gone through two of these JOOLA backpacks in the span of five months, both times due to the zipper tracks being ripped at the seams near the top corners. Thankfully Total Pickleball/Tennis Warehouse has great customer service and gave me store credit for the cost.
The bag itself has decent features: spacious main compartment that can hold three or more paddles, a separate and vented bottom compartment for a pair of shoes, and two smaller side compartments that can hold four pickleballs each. The mesh cup holder on the side is too short for my liking as my protein bottles always slip out easily and using this mesh cup holder will prevent the side compartment from holding any pickleballs. It's just too bad that a couple of months of use will render this bag useless.
