Horrible quality great ideaLoved this bag and was so excited at the organization of a top load duffle I looked past all the reviews and purchased anyways. 2 months and the zipper has come apart from the bag itself! Not off the tracks. I should have returned it from day one because the quality is horrible and the stitching was off from day one. Having a horrible time returning it or exchanging. Save yourself the trouble. And Lacoste - step it up and redesign this bag because it could be awesome.

No Zipper Issue YetI can see why other reviewers are complaining about the zipper. It seems like it would break if yanked. Should be more robust. For that reason, I am taking care not to pull too hard, and so far ok (3 weeks). Otherwise, the bag is attractive and organized. Set up was a little chore though. And I wish it had an outside pocket or two.

busted zipperThis bag would be decent enough, however like a number of other purchasers, the zipper crapped out after a year or so of usage. Nice-looking bag, but the quality is abysmal.

Durable, comfortable, spaciousI have tried many tennis bags before purchasing this one. Most definitely, it is a keeper. The bag is the right size. It accommodates all the tennis gear the way it is easy to accrue it quickly. The outside of the bag is easy to clean and, in fact, it does not get so dirty. The straps are comfy to carry the bag as a backpack as well as a shoulder bag, unlike my previous bag on the same caliber just a different brand. The shoe compartment can fit two pairs of shoes. I am overall very happy with the style and quality of this bag. I have been using it for almost a year on a daily basis.

Zipper failedOne zipper started failing / getting stuck within a few months and then both zippers started failing around a year. Now both zippers are off the tracks. I contacted Lacoste and they said they will give me credit for future orders.

Very low qualityBag appeared to be super good quality and it went well for maybe a couple of months. However, after not even a year of having it both of the zippers broke, furthermore, the inside doesn't even hold up well. Do not waste your hard earned money on this I wish I could get my money back if I could.

Comments: Update to my 11/29 review below. After spending $40 to get the zipper fixed, the other side of the zipper failed this past weekend. So it didn't even make it a year. This is a great looking bag, but for me it was all show and no go. Great materials everywhere except the amazingly cheap zipper.

Comments: Ordered this bag in February of this year and the zipper failed last week. The bag is high quality, but it appears the zippers are not. Also disappointed to find that there is no warranty for this bag so unless it can get repaired, I'm in the market for a new bag again.

Comments: I was very excited to order and receive this bag. I got so many compliments and while I agree with the reviewer that the assembly is a pain I did enjoy the utility of all the compartments. I was very disappointed when the zippers started failing in just a couple months and became non functional. At this price point I expected better.

Comments: The bag looks and feels nice. The inside is a bit confusing, even with the instructions that were provided. Just seems sloppy to set up. I've only had it one week and will test it out this weekend, but super frustrating to organize the compartments. With this price point just organize it for me and give me the options to take out panels.
