Stable and durable shoes for competitive players, that are also superbly comfortable. Backed by a 6-month outsole durability guarantee.

The Mizuno Wave Enforce Tour 2 takes what players loved about the first version (comfort and stability) and adds some key improvements that help to increase the support, and make for even more comfort! Now featuring ENERZY NXT in the midsole, the underfoot cushioning feels even more responsive while also keeping you light and quick on your feet. The combination of the Mizuno Wave technology and the outrigger outsole helps to give you a more stable ride for those explosive lateral cuts at the baseline. Based on player feedback from the first generation, Mizuno implements the Dyna-Heel Lock Lite to improve the support around the ankles, with plush padding that delivers a more secure fit. A reconfigured upper design, not only adds a nice look to these shoes, but helps to improve the durability that competitive players need out on the tour; or in your local league. Mizuno’s signature DuRubber outsole holds up strong to the gritty hardcourts, and provides a nice balance of traction and sliding capabilities for the modern hardcourt slider. Backed by a six-month outsole durability guarantee.

  • Upper: Lightweight 3-D Solid upper provides a comfortable fit, durability, and breathability. Internal sleeve connected to the tongue supplies great comfort and a glove-like fit. Dyna-Heel Lock Lite for a more secure fit and support around the ankles, and adds plush padding on the ankle collar.
  • Midsole: Enerzy NXT next generation of enerzy midsole cushioning for increased energy return and extra plushness. PoWnCe offer lightweight, and responsive cushioning. Mizuno Wave enhances lateral stability of the shoe, and with shock absorption; disperses energy more evenly upon foot-strike.
  • Outsole: DuRubber increases durability to high impact areas, and is formed into modified herringbone pattern for traction on any court surface. Lateral outrigger provides a more powerful base, and maximizes the lateral stability for aggressive cuts. Backed by a six month outsole durability guarantee.
  • Color: Bellwether Blue

I miss the previous generationI like this shoe, but it's not nearly as good and supportive or light as the previous generation... Please bring back the original.

Light weight, but fragileI used to be worried about my son getting holes in the soles of other shoes, but these shoes have such inferior laces and tops that my son can rip a hole through with just one slide. I have replaced multiple pairs due to holes/rips in the top.

Very comfortable, slideableComfortable from out of the box, good cushioning all around, lacking a bit of heel and ankle stability but otherwise great shoe

Buy a size up, not as comfortableBuy a size up and they’re not as comfortable as the 1st gen. Faster shoe but less cushion, which is kinda lame. Probably time to look elsewhere.

Changed from the first genFirst gen wave enforce were the best shoes ever - plush yet firm with enough support for my all court game. In this iteration they removed the midsole causing to be less plush (feels like asics gel resolution now). If it ain’t broke, why change it

Great Stability Court ShoeThis is a firm shoe that provides the stability I need on the court. It’s a bit heavier than other shoes I’ve tried, but not so much that it would slow me down on the court. I’m a fan of Mizuno shoes and use their running shoes as well as their court shoes. It’s my preferred footwear brand.

Mizuno Wave Enforce Tour 2great shoes tongue is too short and needs more padding. I have been using the runners knot to get better lockdown ( as I recently recovered from achilles injury). I have read that the Tour is better than the Tour 2 but never had them PBall WH is great. Good prices and customer service

Moves well at the cost of my ankleI fell in love with the previous version of the Mizuno Wave Enforce Tour. I used up the shoe's durability and Mizuno replaced the pair with this version very quickly. It's missing that original ankle support system which a runners loop doesn't resolve for me. It caused heavy strain on my PTFL. Using an ankle brace somewhat mimics the missing feeling of the previous version, but not perfectly.

Missing One ThingThese shoes are almost as good as the last version, they are missing one thing. The internal ankle/heel strap whatever you call is no longer there. It made for a snug no slip back of the shoe. This new version has all the same qualities except for the one item. I used a runner’s lacing system and the problem is solved. Great shoe great colors.
