Very happy with this shoeI ordered two pairs of Mizuno shoes to compare, having never worn Mizuno before. Ended up liking both pairs enough to keep them and just rotate between them. I have a slightly narrow foot so look for a shoe that snugs up well and doesn’t let my heel slip. This shoe does great for me. I’m a fairly active player and often play for 2-3 hour sessions so try to find a balance of comfort and light weight. Very happy with the light weight and feel of the shoe and feel like the comfort is very good. The Wave Exceed Tour model may offer a little more support than this Wave Exceed Light but it’s not a big difference. Very happy with the shoe and I always try to shop with Pickleball Warehouse.
Too wide for meSince I have a very big foot for a woman, sometimes I can wear men’s. But unfortunately this was not the case…. LOVE the shoe, just not the width. Mizuno please make your women’s in a longer length!!
Ah!I am 75 years old and still very fit … have worn most of the major brands over the last 50 years … Nike, adidas, Puma, Diadora and for the last 8 years, KSwiss, which I thought was a great shoe until I bought these Mizuno ultra light men's shoes … bought two pairs , one for around town and one for playing … no break in period … they feel like they were custom made for me … true to size and if you usually fit into any brand without problems you will have found your perfect shoe.
