Customer Reviews
Not as bad as I expected...I loved the Wave Exceed Tour 4s. I skipped the 5s; I just couldn't like them. The tongue was the kind I detest; height of the heel part, too high and pointy for my liking (I likened them to elf shoes), etc. Since my last 4s are dying I went for it since these shoes are now on sale which is always great. (Fingers crossed for the 7s to be better, though I now have 2 of the 6s). The tongue was my primary concern -- the segmentation of it as not to force the edge to rub/chafe against my lower leg is sufficient!!! Have not had any issue; this coming from a stubborn ankle sock wearer. The lacing is fine, I personally did not find it too short to use a runner's knot if needed. BUT, the upside I noticed immediately was indeed that the 6s don't have the one little hiccup I experience with my 4s, which require me to use a runner's knot on at least one of my feet due to a sensation of looseness. A nonissue with my 6s which is awesome. The fit seems much better and while initially intended to use my 6s for practices to save the 4s for match days, they've now swapped roles.
Love my Mizuno tennis sneakersI have tried pretty much every sneaker brand out there and these are my favorite. They are lightweight (for tennis sneakers) and I really don't need much of a break in period either. Considering how much I play, they last a decent amount of time. They offer great support both on clay and hard court. My feet are pretty flat and I still find them comfortable. Bonus is that they are very cute. I highly recommend!
Too bigThey changed the model and the shoes are too big! I’m a mizuno fan but they don’t worknout
StiffI love Mizuno running shoes. I was looking for a shoe with support and cushioning and these had neither. They were uncomfortable to wear even off the court. Very disappointing.
New favorite shoeThese are my new fav shoe!! Cushion is perfect, feels like springs. Split steps are fun again! Light and agile. Grippy, outside cushion helps with planting, change of directions and balance. Love them
Weird tongueI ordered these because I needed new tennis shoes. The tongue is a bit weird. I've worn Mizuno running shoes in the past. I couldn't get past this odd characteristic of a shoe. I ended up buying KSwiss.
Clay court shoeWhile this shoe is very flexible and comfortable, beware of the lack of support. My daughter sustained a stress fracture while wearing these. Choose a more rigid sole for safety.

Comfortable ShoeLove the fit of this shoe, but it ran half a size smaller on me so I had to return and exchange for the new size. Worth the wait though.

Great shoesBesides the color that I love, these shoes are very comfortable and help this grandma zoom around the court.

New favorite shoe! These were recommended by a fellow player and have become a favorite! Great cushioning while keeping a low to the ground feel. Sole seems to be holding up as well. They do wear a little differently when walking around before playing, but on the court and after a match they’re perfect.

Great tennis shoeSoooo comfortable from the first wearing!
Comfy & lightLove this sneaker. I've played three times now in them and find them to have great support while still feeling lightweight. They do squeak a bit on hard surfaces but that's just confirmation I'm moving my feet! I'm getting another colorway because I'm so happy with them.
