Absolute comfort meets maximum power

Introducing the 2024 version of O3 Legacy 120. Defined by its large 120 square inch head, this racquet not only offers ultra easy access to power, but it also comes with a nice margin of error, which means that performance remains high even when contact is less than perfect. It also comes with a slightly extended length for extra momentum on groundies and serves. In addition to being a great option for beginners, this racquet will also tempt the senior doubles player looking to regain a lost step. Technologies include an AntiTorque System at 10/2 o'clock in the hoop, which combines TexTreme (a thin carbon layer that enhances feel and stability) with Zylon, a synthetic polymer that further enhances stability without compromising maneuverability. The signature technology remains Prince's time-tested O3 Port System, a grommetless construction that not only allows the strings to absorb and transfer greater energy to the ball, but also provides an extremely plush and low-vibration hitting experience. Ultimately, with subtle updates to the feel, the O3 Legacy 120 continues to be a great option for those seeking maximum comfort and power.

Control then PowerI have played tennis for 58 years and have always been a control player, and done okay with it, especially doubles. I have played this racquet on several outings. The touch/control is amazing in a racquet billed as a power racquet. I have always strung with gut; this one is strung with 17 gauge. BTW: I bought this racquet because it was featured in a “best racquets” video, and for some reason I thought it might work out to be a control racquet, and it worked out to be just that.

DisappointedI have played with Prince racquets for years and added this one to my 'arsenal'. I still try to be a power player even at my age of 83 and hit with both hands on both sides. However, it just feels a little 'dead' and doesn't generate the power an old guy needs to play with the young whippersnappers! I have re-strung twice with this brand new racquet but haven't seen any noticeable difference. And the return policy means I'm stuck with it. Pretty expensive mistake.

Quality plus great comfort. The quality of this racquet is outstanding. If you need a racquet that is easy on the arm and shoulder, this is it. Lots of power and forgiving.

Intended as a second racquetAs a recreational player I am on the courts two to three times weekly. It occurred to me that if a string breaks while playing , a game is ruined for three other players. I started searching for a second racquet. My old Prince was discontinued. I tried a Wilson in FL while vacationing but wasn’t getting the pop I was accustomed to from my Prince. Called tennis warehouse, explained my game, my old racquet and Prince Legacy was suggested. It felt similar enough to my other Prince so I ordered after trying it. Yesterday I started with the old racquet and quickly switched to the Legacy. Racquet is great, large, light and powerful. Perfect. It is moving into my number one position.

Great RacquetObviously the racquet must suit the individual. Accordingly I start with my profile. I'm 81 years old and have been playing tennis for 60 years. Up to a year ago I was playing with the Prince Ozone 3. I attempted to have the racquet restrung but the old grommets failed. I needed to find a replacement. I found this racquet at Tennis Warehouse. The specs are identical. I now own two racquets and simply love them.

Smooth operatorA good control to power for my all court play style. Ports give me sonic feedback on the serve.

Prince for me!Previously I played with the Prince 03 Silver & 03 Pink but I liked the look & color of the 03 Legacy 120 2024. It was a natural transition & I love playing with it.

The gift of powerMy shots had lost their zip. The Prince Legacy 120 brought them back maybe better than they had ever been. At least it feels that way. It took three or four days to adjust to the added power and now I don't want to ever go back to my previous racquet.

Easy Controlled PowerAlthough I play with a Phantom 100P, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this racquet was to use! I did a playtest and review on this racquet and the O3 Legacy 105. https://youtu.be/VzVZC3Ay8Rk
