Updated with a more stable and powerful layup, the Whiteout 305 combines controllable power with a plush feel at impact

Solinco updates the Whiteout 305 v2 with a more stable and powerful construction while keeping the target specs and impressive playability of the previous version. With its 98-square-inch head and 21.7mm box beam, this racquet delivers impressive control from all areas of the court. Boasting a 328 swingweight, the Whiteout 305 provides decent stability against big hitters, but remains fast enough for aggressive all-court play. There's also enough mass-based pop for keeping your opponent in check. For 2025, Solinco adds Arch-2 construction, an innovative layup technology that boosts stability, comfort, and power. Other notable features include 40T Carbon Fiber at 3 and 9 o'clock, resulting in less frame wobble on off-center impact. The layup and material matrix are further enhanced with Liquid Crystal Technology, along with the strategic placement of foam both features serving to create an undeniably plush and solid feel. Given the success of the original version, this is more of an incremental update than a complete overhaul. Intermediate and advanced players looking for controllable power and great feel will not be disappointed.

All around great racquetI've tried just about every racquet brand and models over the past few years and have finally found the perfect racquet. I am a 4.5 player and play aggressive attacking tennis. The racquet has it all - superb at serves (really bomb them in with precision), super stable on groundstrokes and volleys. Easy to produce spin or hit accurate flat shots. The closest racquet in my mind is the Head Speed MP. This is just a bit better in all categories due to it having this great feel on the shots. I did add an overgrip and some added weight at 10&2, a bit on the throat and a bit in the end cap. I got the weight up to 333g and it is amazing! I have it strung with Yonex Poly Tour Pro at 50 lbs.

Fantastic stickThis is really a great racquet. I’m coming from playing with a Radical MP ‘23 which I liked but if I’m being honest, always felt like it was missing something. After demoing a number of different racquets this is the one that felt right. It has a noticeably large sweet spot for a 98, I’m finding better depth and control with my ground strokes, it's fantastic for my one handed backhand, and it’s solid on serves. Power is just the right amount and I feel like the spin I’m able to produce is just right. It’s also a much more forgiving feel than the MP which was needed. And it also looks killer…. The arctic camo look is just amazing. I feel like this does what the Radical MP was intended to but better.
